RETURNS
Important Notice: Only US orders are eligible for Plushy Plushie return services, we are not accepting returns for orders that are shipped to customers outside the US at this time.
Orders Shipped to US Customers:
Plushy will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label.
Return requests must be initiated within 14 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 14 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
